Good and cheaper TV instead of a monitor for a PC?

As mentioned above, I would like to get a TV instead of a monitor because a Smart TV also has Netflix and YouTube, but the response time is much slower with a TV than with a monitor. I still want a 4K Smart TV where I can easily play any online games. But I do not know if there are any cheap, so I hope someone can answer here.
