my 2nd monitor, a benq office monitor for 110 euro back then, is used up. I play with the idea of buying a new monitor to watch netflix among other things. Which monitor would you recommend to me? Is it necessary to look at netflix, for example. To have 144 hz?!

I recommend the Aoc 24g2u5 / bk whether for gaming or for Netflix. In my opinion, this is one of the best monitors at the moment, and 75Hz is enough for you.
