Google Chrome to PC?

I intend to get a gaming PC and a monitor for it.

My TV (My current monitor) has Google Chromecast installed so I can say "Okay Google play Black Butler from Netflix" and it just stops that.

But since I want to get a monitor so I wanted to ask if I can install synonymous s.der monitor or if that does not work.

If the new screen also has Chromecast installed already. If not, there are Chromecast HDMI sticks you can use if the monitor you want to buy has an HDMI port. The sticks are available in almost every media market or similar and cost only about 40 euro
