PC (windows 10) stuck on Netflix?

My PC has been hanging up on Netflix (website) for some time. Once I'm in full screen mode and pausing and being distracted for a few minutes, it often happens that it freezes and stays that way. I can't do anything about it because it is permanent and eventually I have to switch the PC on
