The Netflix app has recently stopped working on my laptop (Windows 10). When I open it, it looks for a moment as if the menu is building up, but then it goes black and nothing works. But no error message appears. Windows is up to date and the problem occurs again after doing a reset and uninstallation. What could be the cause here?
So whatever that is, the problem is not with Netflix itself. For me, the app runs clean like Windows. Possibly. Is there a problem with Windows?

The Netflix app did not work on my Lumia 950 XL today either.
Then I thought I'd start up Netflix.com. Sign me up there, but no video came.
Then I started the Netflix app again in parallel and it is now running!
Without restarting and reinstalling…

Thanks for the tip. I signed in in the browser, but unfortunately it hasn't changed the app problem.
Could it be because of the hardware acceleration that should be turned off?
I also read that Windows updates are often a source of errors in relation to Netflix.
