I never had Netflix before. My mom (I'm still living) has Netflix. I wanted to create my own Netflix account, but the last step is the constant message that I'm for the free Probemonat not eligible! I have tried several e-mails but there's always this message. Unfortunately only a few cents are on my account because I only get my money for the 12th. Therefore, I can't start the paid membership.
Why am I out of the question for the Probemonat?
When you connect to the Internet through your mother's internet access (routers and ISPs), Netflix notices that.
1. Because you are (seemingly) not yet 18 years old.
2. Because your account is not sufficiently covered.
You may see that you are trying to get a free month from the same IP address.
Would try it with the phone.
I'm 18 and that's not the problem. The second point might be better, but does that have to be the case with the free month?

It really does not do any good for creditors to realize that their client has no or not really money in the bank from the start. Get a better deal on money, then you can try it again.
