Where to watch movies for free?

So I want to watch a film (after we collided 2nd part) I watched the 1st part online, but I can't find the 2nd part and have no chance to use netflix or anything else

My question would be, do you know apps or online sites where I can watch films for free

You have to register for almost all of the sites and enter your credit card number, but I don't have a card and don't want to use my mother's card either, because I don't trust such sites

The free stream sites were banned from the EU almost 2 years ago. Therefore they are offline at the moment.
