How can I watch animes in German without subtitles?

So I've been looking for an app for a long time (no netflix) where I can download / watch animes in German for free because I love animes and I don't know where I can watch them so well in German because I don't feel like it in Japanese listen while reading the German subtitle. Would be very nice if you would give me good tips 😊😘

Some anime are only available with German subtitles and Japanese synchro. If you are looking for such anime you will find it less with dub
