I noticed that during the day I often spend a lot of time looking at a certain point nearby. My school is now mainly teaching tablets and in my free time I like reading, gambling or just Netflix and co. I've been around for a while and now have some problems when I look too long at a screen (blurred vision, etc.) Optician has advised me not to spend too much time in front of a screen just because my eyes are pretty bad. That's why I'm now looking for hobbies where you sometimes look into the distance or just not in the vicinity. Does anyone have ideas? Sport is already on the list.
Observe and determine birds.
If you like to read are vlt. Audio books for you and then let your eyes wander out of the window or something.
Otherwise, maybe hiking, taking photos, going out and sketching / painting things you'll always look into the distance, geocaching.
