I have a problem, I have now paid netflix for 1 month. (11.99 euro)
Money also went out of the account.
Now I also canceled yesterday so that I can no longer use an account but would like to pay differently.
Now the next day I got another 11.99 euro deducted from my netflix account…
How so? Does that mean that I automatically paid for July because I quit?
The contract will be terminated on July 2nd.

The direct debits have a lead time of around 1-2 working days i.e. The move-in was already in the background.
Called netflix? Why don't you just ask them… They should know that!
