I recently had a problem with my Netflix account, but so far I can't find a reason for it. Maybe someone here has a better idea. The money was recently withdrawn as normal, as always. Then it was suddenly booked back, charged again and back again. The account is now blocked because the payment has not been received. The account was sufficiently covered at all times, there are no financial problems that could have triggered this. I then called up the invoice details. There it says that the last payment was made in December and the next one would not be due again until February. Still, the account doesn't work and the money has obviously come back.
Does anyone here maybe know where this comes from or what can be done about it?

I would of course write to support immediately.
