Netflix payment method problem - what to do?
My dad wanted to buy Netflix for me today or start the test version and he wanted to sign up with the direct debit, but then there was an error saying, "With the payment you would like to use, there seems to be a problem. Please try another form of payment. "Afterwards, we tried the credit card and then we got the same thing. What should we do? We have not found anything on YouTube or co.

Especially with payment services, there are often times technical malfunctions and accordingly such messages.
Since it just goes on number-safe and turned off as a precaution, if it does not run 100% ;-).
The error message should have been better: "With the selected payment method, there are currently problems, please try again later or select another one."

At the top of your screenshot is an airplane icon, which means normal "flight mode" * and thus should not actually come to the Internet.
At least that's the case on my tablet. Disable that.

The next one is the key symbol in the upper left corner, if that is a blocker (AdGuard has such a symbol) then deactivate it for a short time.
