I just want to watch a series on my mobile phone but meanwhile almost every minute the error message "Error during playback (5.7)" Have a bit of research and have already rebooted my phone, Netflix off and logged in and Netflix reinstalled. None of this helped and the error message is even more common. Has anyone had experience with it and can help me?
If you follow the same thing on the PC, does this problem occur there as well?
No only on the phone, but apparently many have the same problems when they watch Netflix on the phone.
