Hi! My pc is currently on netflix and I'm in opera gx and discord. Ps: netflix is downloading. Is this normal or should I check my pc for a virus? Pps: I have Kaspersky, so I don't know if it's a virus.

If that was a finished PC, it could be due to so-called bloatware.

You say you have Kaspersky, then please make sure that you deactivate windows Defender and Smartscreen. Since you do not say how it lags and jerks (imitators? Short stills? Slow motion moments?) There can be several possibilities.

Is the xmp profile activated by the ram? Maybe windows is doing an update right now.

Just restart the PC (really select "Restart". Do not turn on asu and iweder), that sometimes helps!
