Microsoft store downloads not working?

If I want to install a game or an app from the Microsoft Store it says '' Download is starting… '' for 2-3 seconds and then it says '' Error '' (I have Windows 10)

Does anyone know how I can fix the problem? Would love to install Netflix and Forza Motorsport.

Win + R and then wsreset.exe

It may work again.
