I recently moved to a new apartment and unfortunately have the problem that I can't watch TV. Of course netflix is enough, but if I unfortunately have to pay God's broadcasting fees, I would like to have something in return.
In the apartment building there's a satellite that receives the transmitters for all apartments. Now I have the problem that when searching for astra 19.2 channels I can't even receive all channels and they are only temporarily available. After a few hours, my television no longer receives anything.
To the TV: It is a smart TV RU8009 from Samsung. Model year 2019. I hardly believe that it can be a technical error on the television. Before that I had a TV with a separate receiver and the same problem.
MY QUESTION:
Should I let in a specialist. If so, what is the exact name for the appointment of people who can help you with your own satellite or possibly line etc?
In the short term, the public channels can watch online, for example with the app - Zapp or the private ones without an RTL group with Joyn.
It may be due to the settings of the TV - but may also be due to the system.
I would first check the TV settings and then contact the landlord to fix the problem.
If you have a clear view to the south, you can also buy a flat satellite receiver - or what it's called - and lay the cable into your apartment with a flat window opening.

If you have any questions - just ask.
All the best

edit:
Also note headshotd's post
How is the reception strength / quality? (Most TVs show that)
If you are renting and something is wrong, the landlord is responsible for the satellite dish and the like.
This is a good tip with the quality display of the signal!
Ask a neighbor if you have a 1-cable system… Then you have to adjust the settings…
If you receive via a multiswitch then you have to set the TV to Unicable, just ask a neighbor if he can help you there.
