The TV is from 2012 accordingly, the operating system is old and is no longer supported by Samsung or Youtube and Netflix. Is quite normal that disappear with some such old devices some apps.

What you might try again, would be if you come up with the normal web browser on youtube. I had that on my TV at the beginning, before I activated the native YouTube app.
I have one more question: Did you even connect your TV to the internet? Then in the case of the HD programs, the digital offers of the channels would have to appear when the red button is pressed.
There's no web browser at all, no google nothing! Yes I have it with Internet connections have 2-3 apps installed with the videos and so I've thought vl will then come out youtube but it does not come
