Yes, in the settings you can see everything you have seen, but if you have a password and email you can easily delete this history in the account settings😁

First of all, they can easily access your profile, because there are no password options.
And even if you have finished watching something and it disappears from your watchlist, there are rows in which your "Already watched" are displayed.
