After what time will Netflix series appear?

When a series appears on Netflix, it comes out around the world at the same time. Often after 0:00 AM. But since there are several time zones in the USA, I wonder after what time (city) is fixed.

Or am I wrong?

This is 4:00 in European time

at 22:00 in Eastern Time (New York e.g.) and 19:00 in Central Time (Chicago e.g.)

The states in Mountain Time (Arizona e.g.) have to calculate minus one hour (6:00 p.m.) and those from the Pacific Time (California e.g. E.g.) it is 5:00 p.m. And in Alaska it's 4:00 p.m.

So mostly they only give the Eastern and Central Time. 8 / 7c, 9 / 8c, …
