Watch Netflix time of day?

Is there a place where you can see how many hours you've been watching Netflix on your account (in total)?

And how many hours a day were there?

And please don't write, because of the screen time on the mobile phone, watch on TV.

You have a history in your Netflix account, but as far as I don't know, it says the time you're already watching, but I can be wrong.

Account> Settings> Download your personal information> Submit a request

You will then receive a file in which it is precisely noted when you started, paused, stopped… Something. But then you have to add it up yourself.
