Does anyone know a good anime that you should watch at the beginning, that would be my first anime.

You can choose which one you like / arouses your interest. Find them fit well to start with.
I recommend you watch the anime
1. Do not have more than 70 episodes
2. Have a good dub (ie a good German dubbing)
3. Have a good story

Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood (Fantasy anime)
If you don't like both of them I would recommend Steins Gate or sword art online
