I'm looking for a new anime with an emphasis on magic
Netflix - Would be nice but not a must
GerDub - Please only suggest anime that are in GerDub or whose subtitles are beginner-friendly (don't be interested in pausing every 15 seconds.)
Isekai - this is currently my favorite topic (but not a must either)

Film or series - only series, please.
I don't know if that counts as magic fantasy for you, but my favorite anime back then was Soul Eater.
I don't watch anime anymore, but I thought it was great at the time and it's the only one I can still remember in detail, although it was 6-8 years ago when I watched it.
