Why is Netflix deleting anime series?

Popular animes like my hero academia, blue exorcist, black butler have disappeared. Soon aot, death note and tokyo ghoul will no longer be available either. Does anyone know why Netflix is deleting so many animes?

The answer is simple: licenses have expired.

But I think it's good that a few well-known or popular anime are removed so that maybe a few lesser-known interesting anime come or other popular anime.

Streaming services such as Netflix usually have to borrow the streaming license for each individual country and each individual series / film / special from the publisher for a fee.

This license is limited in time. As a rule, it is valid for one year. In other words, if Netflix doesn't bother to renew the rights to stream a series, they have to take it down.

But it could also have come to a stop because of the license holder. Probably just the licenses have just expired.

It would certainly have continued but the meetings between KAZE and Netflix did not go well, or rather too little money flowed from Netflix according to KAZE.
