What was the name of this anime? Golden times?

I saw an anime on Netflix some time ago. He only walked for about 20 or 30 minutes and was about an old television in a junkyard that needed to be used again and which I think was eventually converted into a stable. I remember that it was called Golden Times, but when I search for it on Google, I unfortunately find nothing… Maybe you know more?
