I would like to have some recommendations because I'm never sure which animes I can watch with them. It shouldn't be too childish, perverted, and brutal. I've already watched aot (attack on Titan) and thought about watching it with my father because he likes such films. My mom likes more romantic movies but not too cheesy or normal adventure anime.
The best thing to do is to be on Netflix with ger dub.
Look one piece, that is in some places very exaggeratedly funny, but some people label it as a children's anime, but you shouldn't ignore the great fights and characters. In my opinion, neither childish nor ill-considered, your mother will like it
