How to connect Smart TV with Av Receiver?

Following problem I try to connect my smart tv with my av receiver but I get no sound

When I watch TV via digital receiver everything works fine I have everything in 5.1 but as soon as I want to stream Netflix directly over the TV it will not work, I've already tried it via HDMI and optical cables but it just does not sound
