It's pretty important to me because sport keeps you fit and healthy. I also love to convince others. I myself was underweight, was always on the go with my colleagues, drank alcohol, etc. Until the day I decided to change something. It was the best day of my life. Okay, very blatant. Exercise with weights since last summer and since October. I've been doing kickboxing for a year now. I actually made most of my progress on the shoulders and triceps through boxing. Breast comes slowly and the belly gets better too, but I'm not as defined as you, which is why I don't have a six-pack yet.
