I wonder where the Americans etc. Actually look at Naruto I mean on Netflix there's only Naruto in Japanese and in German and the subtitle is only in German so on which platform do people who speak English watch Naruto? (there are also English memes about Naruto so they must have looked somewhere, but if not on Netflix where then?)

Not every country has the same offer. Just because we only have German and no English doesn't mean that they don't have it at all.

The language and the selection of series and films differ from country to country on netflix.

And if Netflix didn't have it, Naruto is also available on disk. It was certainly on TV in the USA.

Well, you could have answered that yourself. Netflix must purchase licenses for each series / film in every country. In Germany you just buy German and Japanese because that appeals to most viewers. In English-speaking countries, of course, buy English licenses accordingly. The offer in the US is also completely different, there's much more on Netflix
