It is not recommended, incidentally, to run the TV. The body also needs some rest, to process the previous impulses of the day.
But if there's no other way, then radio plays are recommended. All I can say is "Nice New World" by Adleus Huxley, "1984" by George Orwell and "The Circle" by Dave Eggers. These radio plays are very thought provoking.

I highly recommend, or Spartacus, Chicago Fire and PD. Mom or Malcolm in the middle are also very good.
