Find an office PC under 200 euro - so no gaming pc! Office programs, Netflix YouTube Dazn and co. Should run without jerking.

If then wait until January (DE: January) 2021. Shortly after Christmas, electronic goods are thrown out by retailers at lower prices.
Maybe you can get some money together from parents, relatives and other acquaintances / friends for Christmas. Then a better device goes out. It would be even better if the device is only for work and not for gaming and such, then take a small laptop. You can take it with you everywhere and all that.
