Netflix download as a file?

Hi so I wanted to ask I have a TV that is unfortunately not a smart tv. I would like to download a NETFLIX SEQUENCE as a file that can be transferred to a stick and then played on my TV. How can I download it as a FILE.

Are there any other options?

You can also buy an Amazon fire tv stick or a Chromecast, which basically turns your television into a smartTV.
