Netflix series / movie download PC?

If I download a film or series on Netflix on PC, which file format is used and can I then give the film to my colleague as a file?

You can only watch the movie with the Netflix app. You are not downloading it "correctly" to your PC. So you can't give the film to your colleague either.
The films are not allowed to be reproduced. The license does not allow that at all.
