Then you have to see if there's something like an App Store
or…
1) Connect your TV with the same Wi-Fi as your mobile phone
2) Download Netflix to your phone
3) normally switch to a program on the TV (Pro7 etc.)
4) Open the Netflix app on your phone then a sign should be displayed at the top. This is a rectangle where like a WLAN sign goes in
5) Press on the sign and select your TV
6) Go to a movie / series (by mobile phone)
and now it should appear on the TV
I think your TV is not preinstalled properly
We tried, connected on the phone but the TV was nothing. We do not have any channels on it, we just wanted to use it for Netflix and YouTube.
