Can you safely use the Amazon fire tv stick without Prime membership?

I recently bought an amazon fire tv stick and plan to use netflix and disney plus there.

I know that you don't have to be an Amazon Prime member, but when I give up my amazon account I'm afraid that money will suddenly be withdrawn and I will be a Prime member without being noticed.

I would also give an account where no bank details are given

However, I can't then download apps like disney plus, because you have to specify the bank details and nothing else can be downloaded.

So my question is whether I have to worry or can use everything with ease

I think you can be safe there. The Fire-TV Stick will then only suggest you to take out a Prime subscription if you try to access an offer for which you need Prime.

Nothing is simply debited.

You don't have to worry, I did it that way and no money was withdrawn. You can download and use Netflix and Disney plus.

Amazon doesn't just activate a primary membership with you. You can also check this in your account at any time. I would also set the stick so that purchases are always associated with password entry. Then you don't have to worry about it.

The Fire TV stick can also be used without a Prime subscription. One does not conclude an additional membership without noticing it. In general, it is also the case that every time you buy a movie via the Fire Stick or rent it out for a fee, you have to confirm it again.

How do I set that up? Do you happen to know that? 🙈

Without a contract / membership you can't use it, the stick is only used if you don't have prime on your smart tv or if you have an older device at home, if you are older you can tune your tv so to speak, so you have it too app with on the stick. I myself have both and can use both, both because the service on the Samsung tv is not so good (constant pin confirmation that annoying) on the stick, it is only much less and better menu management! Then have fun…
