Internet always breaks or is always kicked?

I have had a new Internet for 2 months. But it is so that the connection breaks off every 2 minutes and then logs back into the Internet by itself. It is with everyone. Devices so and there I just want to ask what you can do there, because I've already told my parents and they said that they could only do something again after Corona because everything is closed now because of lockdown and since I can get along with it now I would have to or use the internet from below, but I always have to go downstairs and then I have no internet in my room. I can't even watch normal Netflix… And slowly it's really annoying because it really breaks off every 2 minutes and wanted to I just ask what I can do because I really don't feel like getting on for another month because the signal strength is actually very good…

As you already said, too many devices mean that there's little line capacity.

The signal strength is not relevant, it just says what radius you are in.

Get a better line, or sign off a few devices while using one

Well that's only 3 devices

We already had something like that. Once there was a loose cable in the socket that had to be soldered again, and at some point the line (for whatever reason) was no longer sufficient, which meant that the Internet kept crashing, about every 5-30 minutes. We then downgraded from 100k to 50k and everything has been going great since then.

Hello i'm 12 years old i have a ps5 and if i want to gamble all the time i have the same problem as you. We then called and they said that some work was being done at the moment and that it would take time to claim. Hope have helped you a bit

Co

Depends on the line, there were only three people here yesterday, that's why I know the problem.

Co

Yep, some providers are really bad, you have the thickest line, but the router can fail regularly, the provider can also fail for a short time, so that you have no network for a few hours. What is still the most normal is maintenance work, only I understand that and hacker attacks

I've had a new internet for 2 months.

A new internet connection.

But it is so that the connection breaks off every 2 minutes and then logs back into the Internet by itself.

The connection logs in again by itself? Hm. It doesn't quite fit.

What does "disconnect" mean? Are you talking about the Wi-Fi connection?

WLAN is not internet. The problem lies somewhere between the device and the wireless router. Since multiple devices are affected, it will more likely be the router. Since a new Internet connection may also mean a new router (you didn't say it), the router is more likely.

Or does the WLAN connection remain stable and only the Internet access is lost?

In this case you should take a look at the router's logs.

what you can do there

First of all, research or describe what actually happens.

I use the internet from below, but I always have to go downstairs and then I have no internet in my room.

The Wi-Fi from below? Isn't that the problem?

What is the "WLAN above" and what is the "WLAN below"? What does your home network look like? Do you have two internet connections? Or does the "WLAN above" come from a repeater? Without knowing this, we can't offer you a solution to the problem.

I can't even watch Netflix normally…

Hard fate.

And slowly it's really annoying because it really breaks off every 2 minutes

Exactly and regularly every two minutes? Or felt every two minutes?
