The signal strength is not relevant, it just says what radius you are in.
Get a better line, or sign off a few devices while using one

WLAN is not internet. The problem lies somewhere between the device and the wireless router. Since multiple devices are affected, it will more likely be the router. Since a new Internet connection may also mean a new router (you didn't say it), the router is more likely.
