I'm looking for a fast laptop, but since I'm not very familiar with this kind of thing, it will be difficult for me. I need it to work (Word and Power Point) and maybe for Netflix.

A Chromebook doesn't have Windows, it runs ChromeOS on it. Since you write that you want to use Word and Power Point, you seem to be at home in the Windows universe. That's why I would use the Vivobook.
Ask yourself if you are really almost not on the internet. I have doubts whether Netflix is going well there. Take 17 inches and buy used.
