I have a Samsung Series 6 (unfortunately I don't know more details) which almost always only shows a black image when starting Youtube or Disney + and then simply stops loading.
I've already reinstalled the apps, but unfortunately that didn't work either.
The solution with pulling out the plug doesn't always work either.
I would say that it is a gamble whether you can watch YouTube or not.
Netflix and Amazon Prime work fine (maybe because they were pre-installed).
I did a little research and saw that I'm not the only one with the problem, but no one came up with a solution.
For me it is the case that not everything is displayed, or simply freezes in the middle and that's it. I think that these devices are simply not yet mature. I also have to click the remote control for a long time before something moves. Maybe 500 euro is just too cheap for a television like this. I don't know and in any case I went back to the PC and just got myself a bigger screen there.

But more details could be helpful. How fast is the internet connection?
Lan connection and 50000 line
Maybe it is due to the internet speed… Do not connect the internet with WLAN but with a LAN cable.
possibly unreliable speed. So if many are online then slow connect etc. Try if it is at unusual times, e.g. 0:00 is better. If it works better, you know that the provider has assigned too many connections and you therefore get bad connections.
Wouldn't say that 500 euro is too cheap, I have a Samsung series 7 50 "that runs great and never has any problems
In addition to installing the app, you should also update the software on your television. The apps are always programmed for the latest version of the firmware.
Since Disney + is very new, but the Samsung Series 6 is comparatively old, you have to look for the menu item for a firmware update in the TV settings.
You should find this under Menu - Support - Software Update.
Then the new apps should also run.
Thanks for your answer, but unfortunately it doesn't. I already tried it at 11pm
