What's going on with data volume?

Hi, I'm at O2 and always had great data volume. I could do everything, for example, watch Netflix at the highest quality, etc., but since last week nothing works anymore, I've already made the sim out and in. It says I would have LTE but nothing worked. Does anyone have experience with it? How can I fix that?

No From one moment to the next I have a 250 ping on my gigabit line and in the meantime 0.7 Mbits via the mobile network.

It's getting dark again. After that it should be better than before.
