Why not 4K at netflix?

I have a 200Mbit / s line and have achieved this with a speed test.

The settings in Netflix should also be correct:

Plan Details - Premium UltraHD

Playback Settings - High

As hardware I use:

Epson EH-TW9300

Denon AVR-4100W

Sony UBP-X800

Nevertheless, although I can go up to 4K high on YouTube without loading problems, I can only reach 1080p with Netflix.

My parents, who use my account, can watch Netflix without problems in 4K.

Why does not it work for me? Anyone an idea?

Ay

So i have never seen netflix go in 4k? I have the same abo as you and do not go with me either

Ab

Yes, it works. UHD is available in the premium subscription.

Where do you look that? 4k goes so far as I know only in the dedicated app and not in the browser.
The app must then support the feature accordingly.

Ce

I only watch in 4K at Netflix (if there are the movie / series in 4k)

Because the projector no 4k Can?

My 4K TV plays Netflix without problems in 4k.

On the HD TV, I see the 4k content not at all. Then there's only HD at Netflix instead of 4k

Ok, had the hope that it is also visible in 4K by the "Lens Shift Technique", but since I was apparently a bit too naive.
