Can you watch Amazon prime and Co with a fire TV stick on the smart TV (only Netflix possible)?

I have a question and although I can only watch Netflix on my Smart TV I can't install all other streaming services so I'm considering buying a fire tv stick. Can you tell me whether I can watch other streaming services with the stick or whether it still doesn't work?
