Netflix not in the right language?

I have the following problem: I only have the English audio for various Netflix series, although there should be a German Syncro. For example, Arrow is only available in English and the subtitles are only in English or Dutch. In contrast, with other series the language selection works as it should. Can jmd help me there?

It depends on which country you are in.

I don't use VPN to watch Netflix, but I created the Acc with VPN on the Dutch Netflix site.

No, it always depends on the series. I think you can watch original Netflix series in all available languages. Third-party series mostly only in the original and national language.

The problem arises with Arrow, which must be in German. As well as with various US series (e.g. Family Guy) which could have to do with licenses.

Yes, that's related to the licenses. I don't have Arrow in German either because I'm currently abroad.

Well, but I look in Germany without a VPN, and theoretically it should be in German, even if the Acc was made on the Dutch side.
