Do you recommend basic or standard subscription to Netflix?

I want to get Netflix soon and wanted to ask what you would recommend to me.

It all depends

how many devices you plan to watch and
how many you want to share the account with

So actually I would only look at it on one device but I don't know if the quality with the "basic subscription" is much poorer than with the "standard subscription"

No she is not. I also have a base and I'm extremely satisfied.
