Netflix does not open anymore, what to do?

Today I started my mobile phone (Apple) and wanted to watch a series on Netflix. But the symbol has become white with a cross. I have several times restarted my phone and deleted the app several times but it can't delete it is still there. When I go to my store, the app is no longer displayed but in the store is still "open" but does not happen, the app is no longer on my phone. If I delete them, the icon is gone and when I start again, it is back but not open.
