I got a Hisense Smart TV about a month ago. Everything was fine in the beginning but now we have problems with the Netflix app (all others work)
When you open the app (whether via button or app menu), the screen only briefly black and then the TV station just keeps on running. As Netflix does not open at all. Unfortunately I have not found a solution so far, that's why I put everything on you now.
In an emergency, only the factory setting would help eventual, right?
Just update your TV.
