Schufa information base score 9%, what does that mean?

I have requested a Schufa information and received my registration data today. Wanted to see if an earlier entry from mobilcom, for which I have not made a contract for 1000%), is still there. Can't find this entry anymore, so it seems to be deleted. There are a few others:

Collection request (had some open invoices but I paid them)

Garnishment protection account from my bank

Netflix

And request for the telecommunications account

Apart from the collection request, I don't see anything bad in my view right?

So why is my base score only 9%?

I have no open sums of money or anything.

And what does high risk mean and why do I have it?

And can I open a credit or overdraft account with the Sparkasse?

I know there are many questions but I hope someone can help me.

I have learned and pay my bills on time and always have something left at the end of the month.

You are not really far ahead according to the list:

You know where your high risk comes from.

And can I open a credit or overdraft account with the Sparkasse?

With a score of 9% ?!
You like to joke.

You have a P account and you don't need to wonder about this score

Schufa entries remain for some time, ask again later if you no longer have a P account

So why is my base score only 9%?

Among other things, because you already have a P account and ongoing debt collection procedures. This means that you are completely unworthy of credit and will not be able to enter into installment contracts or permanent obligations in the next few years. As long as you don't get that out of your score, you're simply not creditworthy.

Get a decent job, pay off your debts, and most importantly, close the P account. If your score is over 95% again, you can see further. Nobody will open another account like this for you.

With a Schufa score of around 90! % you should hardly have a chance of a overdraft facility or "general" loan.
