Does any of you know if you'll get a Schufa entry when a payment has been posted back, because for Netflix, for example, Too little money in the account had?
No, there's none.
Okay good. Because I got several times a letter that the payment is stoned, because I did not have enough money in the account. The bank then took a euro for "the circumstances" as a "compensation" for the effort. But you are sure that I have no entry now?
Do I get a negative SCHUFA entry for a chargeback or unpaid phone bill?
No. SCHUFA has no reporting feature for this. Only when a dunning procedure initiated and the claim was not contradicted an entry takes place (as well, if it comes to bankruptcy, a SCHUFA member the amount as uncollectible reports, etc., but this is the first advance payment procedure). So if you have problems with bounced direct debits or unpaid bills, should this clean up before it comes to the dunning procedure, then no SCHUFA message.
If this happens more frequently, you should check your financial obligations and, if necessary, seek help, for example from the debt counseling service.
