Netflix, when exactly can I watch Season 4 House of Money? So at what exact time?

I know that it will happen tomorrow, just wondering: when exactly? Most of the series on Netflix come out at midnight, but in California, which means that they appear and are available to us at 9:00 a.m. Will it be the same for Season 4 House of Money tomorrow? Does anyone know anything more precise?
