Am I being tracked or shown now?

I did something stupid. I signed up on a streaming website. And that with my email address. I haven't read that I have to delete my account after 5 days. So when I went back to the website, I received a notification that I had to pay a certain amount before I had problems with their lawyer. Apparently they now know my IP address and they know where I live. I honestly don't know what to do. I'm afraid of being shown. (It's not a well-known platform like netflix or rakuten)
