Help with the Netflix account?

On vacation I had logged on to the television with my Netflix account, but I also logged off at the end.

Now I'm shown at "recent streaming activity" e.g. Zeeland (NL) 5.8.2020 7:44. This happens about twice a day but nothing is ever viewed or downloaded.

There are no other members on my Netflix account and I haven't shared it.

Could it be that the new people have registered there with their Netflix account and that it is still shown to me when they are active? Or what?

Just change your password.
