We all know there are 3 subscriptions to netflix, cheapest, medium and the most expensive. I'm shown the same films and series as the most expensive, I currently have the medium subscription and I wonder if the same films and series will be shown as for the most expensive subscription. I have the feeling that some films like series are not shown, is there really a difference in the subscriptions, or are they really only for the amount of devices? I'm very interested in whether I can see all films and series like every subscription. Would there be a difference between what I can see and what other subscriptions can't see? (I have no age restriction in there.

Correct, the only differences in the film / series offer exist between the countries, USA have quite a lot what is not available in Netflix Germany.

No you will always see the complete offer. With the cheap subscription you can only stream in SD, the medium one in HD and multiple devices and the most expensive one with even more devices and also in UHD.
